Acceptance of Terms

These Terms are written in English. In the event that khela99 publishes a translated version for convenience, the English version shall prevail in all cases of discrepancy, ambiguity, or conflict between language versions. The governing language of this Agreement is English.
1.1 Platform Scope
These Terms apply to all services offered through the khela99 platform, including but not limited to: sports betting (cricket, football, kabaddi, and all other listed markets), live casino games, slots, crash games, table games, virtual sports, promotions, bonuses, loyalty programmes, and any other gaming or wagering product made available on the platform now or in the future.
1.2 Language of Communication
All official communications from khela99 — including account notifications, promotional emails, Terms updates, and support responses — are issued in English. Where any communication is provided in Bengali for convenience, the English version remains the authoritative and legally binding version.

Eligibility & Age Restriction
khela99 is strictly for adults aged 18 years and above. Registration by any person under the age of 18 is prohibited. khela99 conducts age verification checks and will close any account found to belong to an underage player, forfeiting any balance held.
To be eligible to register and play on khela99, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times during your use of the platform:

2.1 Age Verification Process
khela99 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Players are required to submit a government-issued photo identification document — such as a Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence — before their first withdrawal is processed. khela99 reserves the right to request age and identity verification at any stage of the player lifecycle, including at the time of registration, before processing any withdrawal, or upon detecting account activity that raises a concern. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the time requested will result in account suspension until verification is completed.
2.2 Underage Gambling
If khela99 determines that a player is under the age of 18, the account will be closed immediately, all pending bets will be voided, and any deposits made will be returned to the original payment method where technically possible and permitted by applicable rules. Any winnings accrued by an underage player will be forfeited in full. khela99 takes underage gambling extremely seriously and cooperates fully with any regulatory or law enforcement inquiry relating to the same.

Account Registration & Verification
Each player may hold only one (1) registered account on khela99. Opening multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. khela99 employs automated and manual duplicate-account detection. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts will be suspended, all associated bonuses will be forfeited, and any withdrawals pending at the time of detection may be held pending investigation.
3.1 Registration Information
You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, email address, Bangladesh mobile number, and preferred payment method. Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure without refund of deposited funds where fraud is evidenced.
3.2 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your khela99 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any third party. khela99 will never contact you to request your password, bKash PIN, Nagad PIN, or any one-time verification code. If you receive any communication purporting to be from khela99 requesting such information, treat it as fraudulent and report it immediately to support@khela99.
khela99 strongly recommends enabling SMS-based two-factor authentication (2FA) from your account settings immediately after registration. In the event of unauthorised access to your account, contact support@khela99 immediately. khela99 is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised access that results from your failure to maintain account security.
3.3 Account Inactivity
An account that has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months will be classified as inactive. khela99 will notify you by email prior to reclassifying your account as inactive. An administrative fee may be applied to inactive accounts holding a positive balance, as published in the fee schedule on the khela99 platform. The fee will not reduce your balance below zero. You may reactivate an inactive account at any time by logging in and completing any required verification steps.
Section 4
Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments
All financial transactions on khela99 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). khela99 does not charge currency conversion fees on BDT transactions. The following payment methods are accepted for deposits and withdrawals:
4.1 Deposit Terms
- Minimum deposit via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay: ৳500. Minimum deposit via Visa and Mastercard: ৳1,000.
- Deposits are credited to your khela99 account balance instantly upon confirmed wallet or card transaction.
- khela99 does not charge a platform fee on deposits. Your mobile wallet or card provider may apply their own standard transaction charges.
- You may only deposit using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension.
- khela99 reserves the right to request evidence that a deposit payment method belongs to you before processing a withdrawal to the same method.
4.2 Withdrawal Terms
- Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 to mobile wallet methods; ৳1,000 to Visa and Mastercard.
- Withdrawals for KYC-verified accounts are processed within 15 to 30 minutes for bKash and Nagad. Card withdrawals may take one to three business hours.
- Withdrawals are processed only to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, to the extent technically possible, as a fraud-prevention measure.
- khela99 reserves the right to perform enhanced due-diligence checks on withdrawal requests exceeding ৳50,000 within a rolling 7-day period. Such checks may extend processing time by up to 24 hours.
- Bonus funds and winnings derived entirely from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied in full.
- khela99 will never process a withdrawal to a payment method not previously used for a deposit on the same account without additional identity verification.
4.3 Transaction Disputes
If you believe a deposit has not been credited, or a withdrawal has not been received within the stated processing window, contact support@khela99 with your transaction reference number, the amount, the payment method used, and the date and time of the transaction. khela99 will investigate and respond within 24 hours of receiving a complete dispute submission. Do not initiate a chargeback with your bank or mobile wallet provider before contacting khela99 support — unauthorised chargebacks constitute a breach of these Terms and will result in account suspension pending investigation.

Bonus & Promotions Policy
khela99 publishes full wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits, and minimum odds conditions for every bonus offer at the time the offer is presented. We do not apply hidden terms after a bonus is activated on your account.
khela99 offers various promotional bonuses to new and existing players, including but not limited to: welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, referral bonuses, seasonal promotions (Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL season, Victory Day), and VIP loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, supplemented by the specific terms published with each individual offer.
5.1 General Bonus Conditions
- Each bonus offer is available once per player, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific offer terms.
- Bonuses must be claimed within the time window stated in the offer. Expired bonus offers cannot be retrospectively applied to a deposit.
- Wagering requirements must be completed within the time limit stated in the offer. Failure to complete wagering within the stated period will result in automatic forfeiture of the bonus balance and any winnings accrued from it.
- Bonus funds are separate from real-money (cash) funds in your account. Real-money funds are played first by default unless the applicable offer specifies otherwise.
- khela99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Players who have already activated a bonus will not be adversely affected by mid-promotion changes.
- Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means, multi-accounting, bonus abuse, or in breach of these Terms will be forfeited along with any associated winnings.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
The wagering requirement (also called "playthrough requirement") for each bonus is expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 30x). A 30x wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus means you must place a total of ৳30,000 in qualifying bets before the bonus balance and any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — the contribution percentages for slots, live casino, table games, and sports betting are published on the individual offer pages on khela99.

Gameplay & Fair Use
khela99 is committed to providing a fair and transparent gaming environment for all players. 6.1 Prohibited Conduct

- Using khela99 to launder, conceal, or transfer funds of criminal origin. All suspicious financial activity is reported to applicable authorities.

- Creating, operating, or participating in any scheme that involves using another person's khela99 account, or permitting any third party to use your account.
6.2 Bet Acceptance & Void Rules
khela99 reserves the right to decline or limit any bet at its absolute discretion and without providing a reason. A bet is not confirmed until you receive a bet confirmation reference number from the platform. In the event that a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bets will be settled according to the void and postponement rules published in the sports betting rules section of the khela99 platform, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Section 7
Account Suspension & Closure
khela99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice where there is a reasonable basis to believe that a player has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, poses a risk to the integrity of the platform, or where account closure is required to comply with applicable law or a regulatory instruction.
7.1 Grounds for Suspension or Closure
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within the requested timeframe.
- Provision of false, misleading, or unverifiable registration information.
- Evidence of multi-accounting, bonus abuse, or collusion.
- Suspected money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity.
- A court order, regulatory instruction, or law enforcement request.
- Player self-exclusion request submitted via account settings or support.
7.2 Balance on Account Closure
Where an account is closed by khela99 for reasons other than fraud, criminal activity, or material breach of these Terms, any verified real-money balance remaining in the account (excluding bonus funds and wagering-incomplete bonus winnings) will be returned to the player via the payment method on file within ten (10) business days of closure. Where closure is due to fraud or material breach, khela99 reserves the right to withhold the balance pending investigation.
7.3 Player-Initiated Closure
You may request closure of your khela99 account at any time by contacting support@khela99. Please specify in your request whether you wish to close your account for personal reasons or whether you are requesting self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming policy. Self-exclusion requests are treated differently from standard account closures — a self-excluded player is permanently prevented from re-registering on khela99.
Section 8
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, khela99, its directors, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, and game providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, business interruption, or any other intangible loss — arising out of or in connection with your use of the khela99 platform, regardless of the legal theory under which such liability is asserted.
khela99's total aggregate liability to you for any direct damages arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you on khela99 in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the form of action, whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise.
8.1 Platform Availability
khela99 aims to provide continuous platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the website or any game. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party game provider outages, internet infrastructure failures, or events outside khela99's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability. khela99 is not liable for losses incurred as a result of platform downtime, game disconnection during an active session, or delayed settlement of bets caused by technical issues beyond its control.
8.2 Third-Party Game Providers
